Rubber injection machine maintenance overview.

Maintenance Summary for Rubber Injection Machine:
1. The injection piston should be cleaned weekly.
2. Replace hydraulic oil after the initial 1000 hours of operation, then repeat every 5000 hours.
3. Filter hydraulic oil through a 10μm filter before filling the tank.
4. Ensure thorough cleaning of the oil tank when replacing hydraulic oil.
5. Maintain hydraulic oil temperature below 40-50°C.
6. Use recommended brand and grade of hydraulic oil as per the operation manual specifications.
7. Ensure proper cooling water supply.
8. Clean the inlet pipe filter every four weeks.
9. Lubricate sliding bushings of moving mechanisms every 400 working hours.
10. Regularly clean the machine based on contamination levels.
11. Extrude the screw and rubber completely from the injection cylinder before stopping the machine.
12. Maintain stable voltage (220V, ±10V, 60Hz).

Notes:
1. Do not operate the hydraulic pump when oil levels are low.
2. Do not bypass the machine's safety systems.
3. Halt machine operation when performing maintenance.
4. Do not mix hydraulic oils of different specifications.
